I just took BEC, wasn't too bad, and I finished the exam with 15 minutes to spare. I couldn't tell if the testlets got harder or not, I did feel like the q's got a lot wordier though. There were a few q's that I had absolutely no idea about, and there were a few q's directly from the Wiley book and test bank (which I was thrilled about!) By the time I go to the sims, I was exhausted and brain dead, because I took the exam at at 7.30 am with no caffeine:(

2 of my sims were BEC related, 1 wasn't, and I did not experience any lag while loading the sims.I really hope I pass-I will scream if I need to learn o/h variances again!!

Made a typo-I scored 83 on both Aud and Reg, don't know about BEC…just took it today, I just want pass-anything above 75 will be great:)

Hi everyone…I am new to this website and still learning how to use it. I am in need of encouraging words to pass this BEC part. I have just started studying again this past year along with buying a new house and planning a wedding for July 2011. I am about to give up on this section because I am just not sure out being a CPA is worth it anymore.

I have taken BEC twice…July 2010 and got a 65 and then again November 2010 and got a 70. I have been using CPAExcel…and just recently purchased the MCQ from Lambers. So I havent really tested with Lambers but hoping if I decide to retest that this will help. Anyone have any other suggestion for study materials. I just feel I am so close!! I want to get at least one passed…

ymhernandez – I took BEC a year ago November so didn't have the written communication in it but I used Wiley material. It was very thorough. I did all the multiple choice questions in the book and then some additional from their test bank. I also took made note cards and memorized tons of formulas. You can do it so don't give up!
