    I have to say, BEC was ridiculous…. I did the tests in the back of the Wiley book and out of the 24 in each of the 3 testlets i got no more than 4 wrong per testlet… I took my test yesterday and I felt like I barely studied.. I had all the key formulas memorized so i feel those proabably went okay but the theory questions I felt I was not prepared for. I read the whole text book and was getting passing scores on theory and calculation related questions. I felt the essays for the most part weren't that bad… Just hoping I get lucky I guess..

    AUD: PASSED
    FAR: PASSED
    REG: PASSED
    BEC: PASSED

    FINALLY DONE!

    @kja2011 – Omg, I had the same exact experience when I took the exam BEC exam in Feb. I had this one calculation which was SO SIMPLE, and I knew I had the formula correct, but for some reason it was not listed as one of the multiple choice answers. It was so mind-boggling to me! It's even funnier that you had the same experience. Has anyone else experienced this? It's so unfair…

    cpagogetter, yes, SO not fair if that is the case! wonder if it was the same ?. i guess doesn't matter if it's one of the questions they pull but if not it counts against.

    did u pass bec in feb? i took feb 22 and didn't, first one (and last of 4) i didn't pass so i re-took today.

    I reiterate, the first part of corporate governance is the most ridiculous thing ive seen

    also, what is this I hear about them adding international auditing standards? Im taking the test july 8th, as if I dont have enough on my plate!

    I take BEC in a few hours – UGH!

    @kja and gogetter, I must have had the same question on my BEC exam in February. It was my very first question on the first testlet and had no correct answer choice. I knew how to do and and even worked it wrong and that was an answer choice, so I picked it because the right answer wasn't there. Needless to say that set the tone for panic the rest of my exam.

    I looked it up so I would be prepared this time in case I got it again, even tried to see how they could have tricked me.

    Do you think the AICPA would ever make a mistake? NAAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWWWW!

    @kja2011, sad to say…I failed BEC in Feb. I take it again on May 31, but this time I'm going to get it. I only failed by a point and I must say it was devastating. However, I found the strength to pick myself up because quitting is for losers. I'm glad to see you didn't quit either. I really hope you passed!!! Let me know when you get your results! Good luck to you =)
