For whatever reason, on the econ section, I always get mixed up on the appreciate/depreciate questions and how they affect the different countries and imports/exports,etc………does someone have a good trick for understanding this concept?

Hi all

Only 5 days till exam 🙁 I'm using the Becker CPA exam review and took the Becker's fast pass courses. I haven't read and studied the review book, only use it for lectures. Since I have only 5 days, should I use the final review for studying and do the pass-master problems instead of reading the book(CPA exam review)?

Only 5 days till exam 🙁 I'm using the Becker CPA exam review and took the Becker's fast pass courses. I haven't read and studied the review book, only use it for lectures. Has anyone used Wiley for BEC? Is it recommended by you guys?? I got the book but I also have Becker – I got wiley just for new fresh questions but I am going through them and they seem SO different. Anyone have any experiences with Wiley that they can share?

I am using Wiley/Yaeger for BEC. I find it to be pretty good and it also highlights all the areas you really need to focus on. How are you studying? Are you doing the videos and or the NINJA plan? I think thats important to understand before we can see how well Wiley will be for you.I think its going to be a great study material for you though. What were oyu using in the past?

I freaking swear….a lot of these calculations in the homework require so many steps. When I look at the solution, I'm thinking, “how the hell am I supposed to figure that out?” It seems that I need to learn a new detail to solve different questions on the same subject. This is going to be hell……

I am using the Ninja Study Plan – I already did the Becker Videos for when I took the exam in May so I am not re-watching them as it would be my fourth time watching the videos. I bought the Wiley book simply for the extra questions but I am going through them and the questions are different then Becker, I feel like a lot of the material is missing but that could also be because I have been using Becker for so long I am just use to the materials

Im doing the MCQ for BEC 5 (in the 2011 version) that has to do with variances and budgets. in the lecture they said that they weren't focusing in detail on budgets but in the MCQ there is a lot of questions on how to get calculate the budget. there are 141 questions in total for this questions and i don't know if its a waste of time going through all those budget questions or skipping them and focusing on the variance questions. my test is in 2 days so I'm freaking out over these budget questions. Help!
