It's time get back to studying after a week break. 2 down, 2 to go. I'll be a regular in the BEC forum for a while 🙂

I'm having a ton of trouble with BEC. I'm only in B1 but Olinto seems to drag on the lectures and then when I get to the MCs it's like a different language. It's so frustrating. I find myself wondering why I just wasted 8 hrs watching the lecture and taking notes only to know 60% of the MCs (most of which I probably would have answered correctly without the lectures). I'm contemplating dropping the lectures altogether and just reading the book. Any advice?

I'm with you guys too, B2 is starting to drag. I think I am going to skim the materials in Becker before I watch the lectures, and then only watch the parts that I don't feel as confident about. These 100+ MCQ topics are super fun too.

I thought the econ section was pretty self explanatory, so that is pretty skippable.

Here's a hint for the IT section, a CPU is not the computer tower. I don't know if they fixed that in 2012, but I would guess no.

I think I watched the first 10 minutes of the first lesson and then stopped it, as the guy was literally just reading the book. I rather read the book at my own pace and do my notes at the same time, much more effective. But everybody has to find their own study style.

I just started B1. People say AUD is the most boring subject, but I beg to differ. I couldn't stand my managerial accounting/econ and I tolerated cost accounting. This is not going to be fun…….
