how'd yall do? when I took on 5/1 my exam was pretty even everywhere. I had the worst WC though.

This may be a stupid question but I'm honestly curious as to how you all plan on formatting the written communication business LETTER.

Option 1:

Date

Recipient Name

Recipient Company

Recipient Address

City, State ZIP

Salutation:

OR

Option 2:

Sender's Address

City, State ZIP

Recipient Address

City, State ZIP

This is obviously the least of my worries and probably the most insignificant part of the Written Communication but I'm just curious as to how others have done it or plan to do it.

@EELCPA…date and address are not necessary and may even count against you if used in the writing. A salutation at the beginning is sufficient. Remember, they are asking you to write a professional memorandum; not a letter or report.

Have you seen Becker lecture videos. They dont mention anything about layout as your post says. You just write a memo. NO headers OR names are require. I believe everything is pre-printed as in Becker Practice Exam.

remember you have 45 mins to do 3 memo..
