Maybe so…it has been a while since I took it. Either way he was terrible. I felt prepared using Becker as well. However I did have help from the Ninja Notes. I just meant that compared to other sections, the BEC lectures were very difficult to get through and not as helpful as other Becker lectures.

Guys I have taken Audit so far and nothing else. Taking BEC May 31st. I am using Becker 2012. I havent viewed all the lectures but I was wondering what are the most important sections? In Audit it was A3 and A4 and Im glad someone told me that to begin with. What are the really important sections (heavily tested) in BEC? Cheers : )

Basically out of the 72 questions, 60 are graded and 12 are pretest (or what ever you want to call them). Hope this helps : )

P.S. they mix the “pretest” questions with the rest. very nice of them!

I notice you are taking exam on may 31 & you took Audit recently?. I also need to pick a date and take the exam, but I am little afraid on how ready I am. I have done beckers 2012 problems more then 5x. how r you studying BEC

@Shay Im using Becker 2012 as well. I just finished school in March so I have the luxury (and problem) of being unemployed at the moment. So I pretty much try and get 7-8 hours a day in. I watch the videos, mainly for the underlining and highlighting. I also write my own notes in a notebook. Then I reread my notes and the becker book for the section that I am studying. then il do the MCQ and proceed to the next section. As it is that I am not working, I dont think I will have a problem getting the material down by the 31st. If you are working you might have a different scenario, but if you dont take it end of May you'll have to wait til July! If you have already done all the MCQ and what not check out cpareviewforfree.com it has more questions that arent the ones becker uses. Maybe try focusing on what you DONT understand? honestly if you feel ready I would maybe even move the date up so you dont get stale and lose all the info. Just a thought, but you're in a position I want to be in sooner than later.

btw, I'm feeling good about this retake but man I'm still having a lil self doubt… you just never know what type of exam you're gonna get. whatever though life still continues after May 1st for me.
