MaverickMemberDarklordkuma, those were my exact weaknesses that resulted in a 72 for me. So you did not find it necessary to memorize the formulas? Wow! You must have obtained a high level of understanding for the variables that make up the formulas. I still struggle with this. Well, congratulations on passing.
Certified Public Accountant, I am worried about the amount of investment I will have to make if I do not pass subsequent exams. I already invested so much on a review program and then some. My husband has been very supportive, but just recently he told me if I end up taking BEC a third time that I am done with the cpa exam. I am scheduled for my second exam in April…now he may have said this to me because he noticed I have been slacking off and have not made studying a priority…I am guilty, guilty, guilty.

AnonymousInactiveI am losing my mind waiting for my BEC score. If I pass I'm finished, if I don't I lose credit for FAR and have to retake that and BEC by April 30 or lose credit for AUD. I've never been in the second wave of score releases? Does it ever take less than 1 extra week for the 2nd wave results to be posted? Any chance more results could be released today?

I'm in the incoming batch of candidates studying for April too. When are you guys planning on sitting?
I'm going for super overkill right now because it's my last. Planning on using my Bisk stuff, CPAreviewforfree, the two weeks free trial of CPAexcel, and Wiley test bank, and I MAY check out Gleim or something like it from the library. I absolutely cannot push this to another window.

AnonymousInactive@KatieK-Look at your scores! If you're going into super overkill then you should get a 99! Super overkill for me would be getting an 81! LOL! don't think you'll have a problem having to push this to another window. It looks like whatever you're doing so far is working. 🙂
I just resubmitted my application to the CA Board so I can't schedule my date yet. I'm looking at the end of April though. I'm taking the rest of the weekend off to regroup then I start B1 on Monday. How about you? When are you testing?
@apbandj-I've heard we're in for lots of formulas. I opened up my book and closed it after 5 seconds because I started getting stressed all over again. I don't want to look at it until Monday. I'm still on “exam vacation”. I was even trying to stay away from this forum for the weekend to get all things exam related off my mind. But you see how that's turned out! 🙂

katiekantonMemberI'm taking the weekend off too. Starting Monday. I'm worried about it because I didn't have Econ or Finance in college, although I loved cost accounting. If the previous three sections are any indication, I will get one question on cost accounting, while you and apbandj will get 30 cost accounting questions.
