@Tim How were your scores doing in Gleim?
I've moved onto the Gleim TB after I did all of Roger's. The questions seem a bit more complex and wordy.
Avg 78.2% through 420 MCQs so far. Just pulled 2 70's on 20 question quizzes, feel like I might be at the point of diminishing returns.

@ ReckedRacing Gleim's test bank is more in-depth and a lot of the questions are longer, but as you do more, you'll get a better feel for them. The answer choice explanations are thorough enough to learn from, as there are some topics I didn't find in Roger's course either (like the Sales Variance you mentioned).

Regarding diminishing returns, definitely a real thing. I know some people bang out 1000s of MCQs non-stop until test day, and I was hammering them out like crazy a few days in a row, but hit a wall one day and was getting the most basic ones wrong, mostly because I wasn't reading the entire question and felt fried, so I took it easy for a day, read some notes etc. Doesn't help trying to get in MCQs at work during the busy season either.

Did you do any written communications? I just started looking through Roger's examples, as I didn't bother at all through the course. I don't see the point as they're not graded by anyone in the course.

Best of luck tomorrow you got this!

I did one WC in Roger and saw it was not graded. I also did the 2 on the AICPA practice and saw those also were not graded, nor did they even have a suggested answer, so that was disappointing.
As is tradition I will not be doing any MCQs today. I ended yesterday with an 85% study session on Gleim and called it a wrap.
I did MCQs the day before FAR (and did not get much sleep) and my mind was really just not there to back me up.
I did not do MCQs before AUD and BEC the day before the exam, plus the exams were scheduled in the afteroon and I got some sleep so I think that helped me greatly.

Today will be spent reading over the books and the WC responses in Roger's course, and reviewing formulas.

Thanks for posting your study sessions Tim.
I did the math just to compare your results with mine.
    You had a total of 1160 questions, 924 correct = 79.6552 average.

I've done 800 Roger MCQs at 82.6% and 345/440 in Gleim for 78.41%.
I'm attempting to use math/percentages, combined with my experiences on the last 3 exams to calm my nerves a bit.
I used Gleim to hammer the shit out of COSO, IT and Variances as everyone rants about those topics.

Trust the process, invest the time, do the homework/questions, pass the exam. Knock on wood!!
Keep those test day jitters in check.

Tim, I noticed you did well in BEC with Gleim. Did you do all the TBS or focus more on MC?

    @slowreader

I did 1-2 TBS testlets per section on my initial pass-through of the material. I probably did like 25 total. Final review I didn't do any sims. I think it's important to get a feel for what the sims are like and be comfortable answering them (especially DRS sims). Outside of that though I don't think sims are an efficient way to learn the material. Reading/watching lectures and answering MCQ's is better.

A company manufactures goods in Esland for sale to consumers in Woostland. Currently, the economy of Esland is booming and imports are rising rapidly. Woostland is experiencing an economic recession, and its imports are declining. How will the Esland currency, $E, react with respect to the Woostland currency, $W?

$E is increasing and $W is decreasing in value. How come this is the wrong answer? my test bank said it's the opposite.

    Study Material:
    GLEIM
    BEC - FEB/2012
    AUD - FEB/2012
    FAR - JULY/2012
    REG - JULY/2012

You need to think about this question in regards to the supply and demand of the money, and the exchange of goods and money through trade.

Does the Ninja review course include BEC Simulations (other than written communication)? How is everyone planning to study for SIMS?

    Stay focused stay alive.
Roger had a NOV 2017 textbook update that included a whole new IT chapter, and I hit the Gleim TB extra hard on the IT because I heard it was a nightmare.
I STILL saw some shit on the actual exam that made me say…
Only a couple that I can recall that I had no idea on though, so I got that going for me… which is nice.

Anyone can give me some suggestions about WC part? I totally have no idea about that part. Going to take my first exam in March, so worried.
Right now, I'm working with Becker materials, not sure should I buy other material like Ninja to do extra practice…. Sooooooo nervous…
