@Alpha. My estimate is 70+. That includes reading all choices in the answer. I am using becker.

But when I took progress test. I pick 30 MCQ. Finish them in 20min getting 73, 86.

When I was studying for the AUD I did at least 90 MCQ per day. I did 30MCQs at a time and I scores between 79 -85

so im studying for audit right now, im taking it on monday. I just have one question, this is all dandy and stuff if i pass which is a big IF. so i passed two parts already and I have no work experience. NO ONE WANTS TO INTERVIEW ME. i have the gpa and everything…what do i do?

does anyone have any suggestions on how to get a job

@Shay. I am using BEcker material. I read the entire book and worked on MCQ after each section. In my final review, I went back to answer the same Qs and I was getting them all wrong. I listened to the lecture again and tried re-reading but it wasn't working at all. I moved on to transactions cycles to give my mind a break from it.

@sbarkerACPA..I usually do that too. If something doesn't stick. leave it and come back to it. because sometimes topics in A5, might help understand topics A1.

To me, AUD is memorization, rather concepts. Today, I am reviewing, and hopefully tomorrow I take practice exam and will post results here.

This is “Power Weekend” for me..If I feel good about it, I will take exam on friday.

BTW not sure if I would take the final exams. I took them for AUD and failed and refused to take them for BEC and passed. It could be a coincidence but it did scare of my confidence. Though in all honesty, the sims were the reason I failed

@David I read on this site that cpareviewforfree.com have sims that you can practice. They are 9.99 but it allows you to practice some sim-like things also. I signed up to receive the 6month subscription of the AL from NASBA. Looked at it still not sure what to do with it….I did take them about 2 days to send me the information to sign up.

yea final exams don't help much. But I want to know, if I can sit front of the computer for 4 hrs..Mainly, I wouldn't care much about results, its just for experience purposes.

how's everyone's power weekend going? will work on sims all day! sims sims sims! test in less then 7 days. i have to improve my score!

so its 30 mins of sims. 10mins off. 30 mins of sims and 10mins off. and after this msg. the internet is off until tomorrow. browsing is the biggest distraction for me.

@Apla I took practice exam today in morning. now doing more progress test. Went over the complete complete exam today.

I took it easy today and yesterday, now im afraid I might have set myself back. UGH Ill take a progress test of 100 questions tonight and some SIMS.

How long and what should I study tomorrow? My exam is Monday!

@David. Don't study tomorrow. Just review SIM, only if you have. You have to be fresh in mind to take the actual exam. I take 30 mcq in progress test, because that's how many we will get in each testlet. Its quality, not quantity that you have be good.
