    If someone could clarify what changes in regulation CPA because laws were signed in December 2012 because I read that, but nobody specifies that is what will change, thank you very much for your help.

    FAR: 91, first attempt

    BEC: 86, first attempt

    AUD: 99, first attempt

    REG:???

    So what's the conclusion here? I'm using Becker's 2013 REG textbook that was shipped out last November… What changes should I memorize? #confused

    I just posted on Becker's Facebook page and they stated that 2013 tax law IS testable beginning July 1, 2013. They stated to go to the student website for the updated information:

    The conclusion is that we have to memorize the 2012 and 2013 rules and apply it in the test depending in the year of each particular questions.
