I also took AUD today. It was an interesting day for sure. Since I scheduled my exam in a testing center outside of my city, I stayed at a hotel closer to the testing center, so I could beat the 2-hour morning traffic. It turned out I couldn't sleep almost the entire night. Then in the morning when I went to start my car it wouldn't start. I didn't even think about getting it jumped; I just got an Uber and went straight to the center. Thanks God for Uber because I almost didn't make it. Anyways, my 1 and 2nd testlets were easy, so I was thanking God that the exam wasn't bad. But the 3rd testlet and the SIM were a lot harder. I finished the MCQs in an hour and 10 minutes, which I never thought I could do. I took a 10 minute break and spent 2 hours and 40 on the SIMs. I mean they were straightforward, but I wanted to make sure I did my best and used up all the extra time. Now, I just have to wait.
I did learn something super important today. First, I learned that there are still good people in this world as anyone was super kind and supportive today. From the Uber drivers and the testing center ladies that heard my frustrating story about my car and the guy that jumped my car without me saying a lot to him. I also learn that no matter how well you calculate every single move throughout this journey, there will always be a curveball thrown at you and you better be ready for plan B or even C.
