Okay can someone give me an example of “reissuing” a financial statement? I keep getting really messed up on questions dealing with a “reissue” and I guess I don't full understand it… is it just when a company is trying to get credit and they have to give bank two years of auditeds so the current year is good and the previous one is considered a reissue???? any help would be great!

is the report on scope of audit testing done on IC completed for

only Single Audit
or
both Single Audit Act and GAGAS audit

?

That's a good question. I'd like to know the whole purpose of reissuing an audit report.

@mckan514w – I think the only time I’ve heard about reissuing a report is in regards to a comparative report. If they are including prior numbers and issued opinion it needs to be reissued. I don't think I totally understand why – I guess it gives the auditor (if it wasn't the same auditor for both years) a chance to make sure that opinion is still correct and that they aren't being tied to a bad opinion (in case something happened that would change their opinion).

Peter Olinte is healarious. I loved him for BEC he started one of his lectures saying “How are you doing my stinky CPAs” because we are so busy studying we don't even get a break to shower. ROFL.

I found Gearty way too fast, It was hard to keep up. I don't how it felt for you @Papogator since you use CC, did it change faster? I had to rwd many times.

And I agree with everyone else Pete is the best of the bunch at lectures. I'd rank it Pete, Tim, the other guy and girl tied for last..the girl I was convinced was going to fall asleep during her lecture, she has zero energy!

@aatoural knowing the engagements in and out is pretty broad! You might as well say know everything lol. But for disclosure purposes that's probably all you should tell us haha
