    Just started my new job and after looking around at what everyone was wearing, I feel I need to step up my business casual attire! Does anyone recommend any good places to get work clothes that won’t break the bank?

    @CPA Dilemma: I think dress + blazer looks great with any style of dress.

    @ Kricket I have really sensitive skin too – and have tried every brand on the planet. The only makeup I've found that I'm fine with is Origins. You can buy it in most high end malls. It's not cheap but then again I've been using the same blush for at least three years now – for me it's worth the price.

    @CPA Dilemma I live in upstate NY and its cold and will be cold for months haha. I am also a dress person. Depending on the day/meetings on my calendar I do the dress nice blazer look. It always looks classy and professional. If I am just in the office with no formal meetings I do the dress a nice sweater (which is what I am doing today). I shop AT for nearly everything so they have a lot of great sweaters that work well with their dresses. The sweater and dress look is still classy and professional just not as formal as the blazer.

    In terms of warmth while being outside I have a nice black winter coat this way it matches everything and it looks good with a dress!

    @Kricket – I like Bare Minerals. It's light and doesn't make me break out. I have very reactive skin. I've finally found a wash/makeup combination that works for me so that I don't have a gazillion zits. I use the Dermalogica brand for washing/toning/moisturizing and then Bare Minerals for mostly all of my makeup products (even eye makeup). Their eye products are actually kind of fun, and go on pretty ‘lightly.'

    DONE, DONE, AND DONE.

    @CPA Dilemma – I usually wear a cardigan with my dresses. I have a lot of neutral-colored dresses, so I'll wear a colorful cardigan as a pop of color. I usually only wear blazers when I wear my cropped pants. I have a cute outfit of blue cropped pants, a white top, and a black blazer. I'll wear this with leopard or houndstooth flats. But now that it's cold, cropped pants are a no-no for me 🙁

    @CPAbirthday I am also pear shaped so dresses are the best…

    @CPAdilemma I normally wear a cardigan everyday!!

    I don't wear foundation because I found it to be too time consuming…I do wear light blush to add color and mascara. Both are Mary Kay products and don't irritate my skin.
