AS long as I get my passing score, I do not care as to when I get my score.

let's be optimistic. let's think positive. they do this to be able to give us a passing score. I want to believe they give us a second chance. So, I think it is a fair bargain. We wait and they give us green light. I totally accept it.

Does this mean we're in Wave 2?! What a pain!!!!!! Anyone from NJ get a score? Or anyone else for that matter?

Success is going from failure to failure without losing enthusiasm. AUD, REG, BEC, FAR - PASSED

soon CPA: remember that you might fall into wave 2 because of new simulations, not necessarily because you are “borderline.”

Has anyone received their score tonight? Anyone lucky enough to be in the 161?

No score for me. I sat Oct.8th. **sighing**

For those keeping score at home, I thought my sims were impossible and incredibly time-consuming, and I don't think any amount of studying would have helped.

REG: 76 (would have lost credit 5/31)
    AUD: 71, 78
    BEC: 74, 81
    FAR: 74, 61, 66, 69, 75 DONE

yea. It might be that I got new SIMS. But still, I believe, people from October that are now in Wave 2, have better chances. There should be some kind of fair play here. If AICPA decided to test the new SIMS on us-Wave 2, then they have to be fair and generous by giving us passing scores.

Long time reader, first time poster.

I guess I was in wave 1, but I just got back from vacation and scored 75 on REG!(3rd try) I got a 75 on BEC(2nd try) as well. This forum is great! After several failures with BEC, REG, and FAR I'm finally starting to pass these things (albeit scraping by, but whatever haha), next up is AUD!

    Jeff,

Have the 161 REG scores been posted by NASBA?

Should we have any more hope of being one of the 161 and looking today or tonight – or is our hope in vain?

    Anyone know?

SoonCPA you're theory breaks down in the fact that the test is not curved. It's taking this long because they don't know how to grade the simulations because they are new. If the test were curved and they wanted to see how additional test takers performed it could actually hurt us. Especially since this forum has been preparing REG takers for a particularly difficult simulation section that they need to leave extra time for. Just throwing that out there.

    AUD - 86, FAR - 78, BEC - 79 (but it's been over 18 months), REG - 72 (7/6/2009), 78(10/24/2009)

The sims were easy everybody, don't even worry about them, leave 30 minutes for both and you'll be good. There we go! All better!

I think they will do curving among those that got new SIMS. And, I think the SIMS were not that easy and the time allocated for the test (3 hours) is just not right. At least they should give 3.5 hours for REG. For me the AUD test should have 3.5 hours too. Anyways, I have a feeling there is a good new for us at the end.!
