Nah…if you didn't like FAR you will LOVE AUD! Almost no calculations….I liked FAR though (still thought I failed when I walked out), AUD is kind of tricky with similar answers in my practice software (Becker)…but if you stick to it, you will be able to tell the difference.

I failed FAR 8/31 with a 70….waiting on REG right now and sit for FAR again on Monday. I am typically excellent with calculations but not great with all of calcs on FAR. I think it is just so much information!!!

ugh I can't stand the wait and I have Audit on Monday….any last minute advice for taking audit? Anyone have any advice on preparing for the simulations for Audit?

CPASeminole – i am waiting for my audit score (took it oct. 1). in my opinion, the sims weren't too bad. i didn't get any insane memo or anything. in fact, it was almost common sense stuff. the other tabs weren't too horrible either. i personally didn't do any practice simulations at all, and i felt like my sims went fine. i didn't do any practice sims for FAR either, and i passed that. not sure about audit yet though. you'll have PLENTY of time after the MCQs to work on the sims, so just take your time and think through them. also, did you go to fsu?

Hi Seminole, I thought the time I spent studying for the simulation questions for AUD was basically wasted and believe my practice with the MC prepared me just fine. Furthermore, I thought the AUD simulations were much more do-able than in REG.

The NASBA site is much slower now than it has been all day….either they are loading something up or we are crashing the system with the F5 button.

I did with BEC. Felt I nailed it – maybe 92 or so? I ended up with a 87 so I misjudged but it works for me. Not so much with REG. I know I bombed the written part of sims because the topic wasn't even covered in Becker and I took a stab at it…looked it up later…and got it exactly wrong! I'm hoping a good MC performance and the other tabs on the sims bailed me out…course at the rate we are going I may never know!!!
