    if nasba is down, does that mean it will not go back up until someone fixes it? or will it start working again once the traffic dies down?

    In AL

    got my REG score through Result Watch (93, cannot believe it; failed first time with 74)..jNo FAR up

    I do not have a paypal account either, paid with credit card.

    Thank you for all your help; have watched/stalked! this site for over a year, only posted a few times, but your info, the site, the book, the blogs, and forum, has helped me more than you will ever know and I recommend it to everyone I know in the process of the exam.
