I usually start by googling questions I was unsure about (which doesn’t help). Then I check work email, and finally turn on the TV. I can’t remember when I watched TV without feeling guilty

    Audit Passed
    FAR Passed
    REG Passed
    BEC ??

I try to watch what I eat most of the time, so after the exam I go get 4 cupcakes and eat them all on the drive home. Sadly, food is a huge motivator for me…

I always have Taco Bell after. I don't know why – I started the ritual when I took my 1st exam back in 2004 and then I passed a part and felt like I had to keep doing it!

Tomorrow I'll come home and spend the rest of the day w/ my husband and kids outside. I'll cuddle on the couch with them and play baseball with my son and littlest pet shop with my daughter (these are things I promised them). I'm so sick of telling them that I have to study for my big test.

    REG - 80 (Becker only)
    BEC - 76 (Becker only)
    AUD - 71, 76 (Becker only)

Ya'll are making me hungry. I have a horrible time just doing nothing, even when I want nothing more than to do nothing. After the last exam (at 7:30am) I ran errands, did laundry, picked my Golden up from daycare and gave her a much needed bath, then drove an hour back to school and taught two final exam reviews back-to-back. Ate dinner at 9pm that night. Then started packing up boxes in my apartment because my lease was up in two weeks. I think next time I'm going to go for this Mexican – Margarita day, maybe read a good book in the Wisconsin sunshine šŸ™‚

I usually go to dinner and drinks with friends. I need the release and I always feel like such a hermit in the weeks leading up to the exam, neglecting my friends and family. Thankfully they understand and are very supportive of me. I'm taking REG this Friday and will most likely take an overnight road trip somewhere with a friend to relax and it's a 3 day weekend, even better!

I never, ever look up answers after the exam. Frankly I don't think I even remember the questions I was unsure about it. Once I'm done with the exam, POOF, it's gone from my brain until I get my score. I have always been of the mindset: I know what I know and I don't know what I don't know. My attitude is that everyone has very different study habits and methods and superstitions that work for them, so be it! To each his own.

Good luck to everyone taking the exam in this last part of the testing window!

I don't know how any of you manage to look up answers afterwards either. My brain is just static after I leave, and I generally have a “IDGAF” attitude for the next few days. After giving so many of them the days leading up to the exam, I am sorry, but there just isn't any more room for that. What's done is done.

Chupacabra – I love the name! We both battle REG this week, lets dominate and enjoy our weekend!

@HustlinHustlin I'm so with you on the IDGAF after the exam! It's done, I'm just ready to relax and get that first drink in my hand!

I see from your other post you live in downtown Sac, is MonkeyBar still around? My friend used to live in this cute studio right downtown and we would always go there when I would visit. Loved that place!

I live in SF so I have many options as you to drink my face off after the exam and not worry about having to drive home!

Best of luck to you on the 23rd! I hope this my last (fingers crossed) exam! But REG is my complete beast and as you can see from my signature that I failed miserably both times I “attempted” But that was years ago and I'm now older and wiser and more prepared.

    Back to studying, ugh…

You'll never find me thinking about my questions or looking up the answers. I don't even remember any of my questions once the test is over! šŸ™‚

What I usually do is eat seafood (boiling crab anyone??), see my friends, and enjoy life for a couple of weeks.

First thing I do when I leave the exam…smile? For the first time in weeks. Y'all sound like you starve yourselves while studying, lol. I am much more focused on drinking when I leave my exam. After AUD I wasn't sure how to feel, went to mom's and had some drinks. She suffered through many years of college not seeing me much and now I think she hates this even more. After FAR she was busy, so picked up Chipotle to treat myself food wise, and went home to enjoy Corona. Both days were really beautiful as far as the weather too, it just felt good walking out of the test center and feeling like I re-entered the world of the living. Took a few days off the first time, this time a couple weeks. I think a mental health break is necessary. As long as I passed FAR, on to BEC starting after Memorial Day.

    AUD 85 (2/22/12)
    FAR 81 (5/10/12)
    BEC 7/13/12
    REG 10/1/12
