I don't understand the OASIS thing. I logged on, but since I have yet to take BEC, it tells me some scores have not been recieved. Would it actually tell me if FAR was recieved specifically?

This is for anyone who took their FAR in late July early Aug……..if you received a passing score, how did you feel after taking the exam? I felt like I didn't “OK” on 1st MC, very well on 2nd MC and decent on 3rd MC, blew 1st Sim out of the water, but feel I completely bombed 2nd SIM (virtually guessed on one whole tab and just rushed to get something down on a 2nd tab, did well on WC topic and easily found research item). I left the exam and still currently feel that I will not pass the exam, with a score somewhere in the low 70's. I can't help but to keep thinking this way, even though at times, a little hope creeps its way into my brain, but then I just tell myself it's false hope………….I want to hear success stories, people who felt WORSE or the same as I did leaving this exam, but ended up getting good passing scores!! HELP!!!!!!!!

If anyone gets an updates on VA score release, I'd love to hear! Took FAR July 1, and if I have to wait 3 months for one grade, it will be unbearable. That will mean I have to take two other exams before I even find out how I did on one! Ugggg

VA posts the scores the next day after NASBA release historically. I would say tomorrow. Let me know if you receive yours. I would call them but I am busy and not brave enough…

@ whitem12003 – I walked out of that exam saying 50/50 chance I passed – I was so unsure about a good handful of MC questions and had a REALLY hard simulation. I saw my score was posted this morning and couldn't look at it until now because I for sure thought I didn't pass… Hopefully my good news brings some relief to your worries!

Yeah I've been calling them. I feel like they only have 1 line lol. According to BEC & AUD threads, VA system has been down for days and none of the scores posted! So unfortunately I think we'll have to call anyway….

@keepon – Maryland – we aren't NASBA.. I've been checking all morning and it was just posted about 30 minutes ago.

I am so blown away by this score – I honestly thought I was in the 70s. Wow. Guess we know I stuuuudied to hard. HA!

@whitem12003 — a friend of mine in Japan took FAR last year and he said he did ok on MCs but didn't do well on both Sims. He told me he basically left half the questions unanswerd on both Sims, wrote only 2-3 lines on both WCs (as he wasn't good in writing in Eng.) and didn't even bother to do research tabs. He still passed with 91!! So who knows? Don't lose faith. I think you have a good chance of passing it!
