What is this “loophole” talk that everyone seems to know about? Can someone explain it to me?

It depends on the state when it works I think. I can't get into the Ohio re-registration website at the moment even though I'm pretty sure it doesn't work for my state (Massachusetts). I was able to reregister for all 4 parts of the exam the day that NASBA was due to release scores for BEC but I passed BEC. I went on this morning to look at if it changed at all and on Ohio's website I could still reregister for all 4 parts….

The scores could possibly be released within hours. the CA BOA does not manually update the scores…it is an automated process via computer. So they could be up very soon.

I know it's automatic because they were up on Saturday morning and they didn't even work on Friday….

Hanah – I'm in NY, too. Usually we have 24-48 hours to wait after the AICPA releases them.
