I don't think all scores have been updated in NASBA's database nor have all scores been released by AICPA. Seems like Wave 2.51 or 2.52 are likely. Therefore, I'm not sure getting the message “all exams are still in progress” means you passed. NASBA might not have uploaded the scores yet. Who knows what the chain of events are.
Here is their tweet:
“Pls chk online after 10pm EST MONDAY for scores. CPA Exam Candidates, in NASBA states, can find info here https://ht.ly/2JBDu #CPAExam 3 min ago”
I guess you can check your oasis to see if they received your score, then maybe the message “still in progress” will mean something, but I don't know my jurs id.
I also wonder when scores are sent to NASBA, are they automatically linked to your profile/account? If so, why would they say to check your scores after 10pm on Monday? I have a feeling that 1) all scores haven't been finalized (no discussion of end of waves) and 2) scores aren't linked to your name until NASBA uploads them (which seems like won't happen until Monday after 10pm)
