I wonder about so many “waves” in this test window. Does AICPA release scores in so many waves? OK, I understand Wave1, Wave2 and Wave 2.5 (those 700 scores released yesterday). That was the usual pattern, imo. But what about this Wave 3 or whatever its name is?! Is it something new or it happened before?
I think wave 2.5 and wave 3 were just something people on here made up. It's an easy way to describe the straggler scores by calling them wave 2.5. I'll call mine wave 3 if I don't get my score tonight.
Ya from my understanding…. it happens after all scores have been released at least once which hasn't occured yet… I've only been testing this quarter so I'm just basing it on what I read here and from Jeff'sbook….
I'm sure one day I'll laugh about spending 2-3 days talking to a bunch of strangers about score release theories and speculating on what all of this means.
IRS – thanks for the encouraging words!! I think we could all use it about now. I took FAR mid April for the first time and must have gotten a new simulation because did not receive my score until last week in June. That was a killer wait. Made a 71 on the first attempt. Took it again 8/30 and did not feel as good about it this time as I did the first time –
Have passed all other sections – but BEC has expired – would luv to get this out of the way before Thanksgiving so I can actually enjoy it for a change!
LMAO @TooMuchAccounting – It's funny because nobody knows one another, but if I didn't have you guys to talk to I would have gone insane a long time ago.
AUD - 84; REG - 90; BEC - 79; FAR - 75; ALL DONE!!
