Ugh I just want my BEC score already…I will be freaking out the week scores are supposed to come out and probably won't get much done. I need to focus on FAR considering I sit for it at the end of the month. On DVD 6 for Yaeger…bonds. ugh i don't think it can get any more disgusting!

@Gabe….how did you score on the practice exam in the back of the Wiley book?

If I remember correctly I got about a 76 or 77, but I took that a week and a half ago and I have been studying 7 days a week at a rate of 8-10 hours per day (weekends I only put in 5 hours or so). I took the 2010 AICPA questions someone posted yesterday and outside of the last four questions I was at 80, but got the last 4 wrong. I count those as pretest questions. 🙂

Just don't forget to relax as well. I just went out swimming with the family, want to make sure I am tired enough to sleep as I have been stuck inside for the past two weeks.

So FAR was the first section I took (took it at the end of last month) and I'm obsessing about receiving the score report. I feel like it's inhibiting my studying for the next section 🙁 Any tips on how you guys “let it go” until the score reports come out?? I just keep rethinking problems and can't resist opening that FAR book…. grrr

Florida_Candidate-

One reason I had to reschedule BEC was that I could not stop agonising about my AUD result! I ended up taking BEC almost 2 weeks later than what I had initially planned, and was obviously not happy with that. Try to study a lot and get immersed in the next section, I've realised that if you develop a good study pace fast, you get too busy to worry too much about your next score. I took FAR on 7/19 and am taking REG on 8/31, and am seriously considering not looking at my score till I take REG!

It is very hard to let go of a section and move on to the next, especially when we know that what's done is done and we can't see the results for 3 more weeks.

As a matter of fact I just had my FAR book out to look something up that was bugging me. I'm trying to get into AUD but had a very bad day yesterday trying to focus. Maybe today will be better.

CPAWannaBe – It looks like we're scheduled to take AUD around the same time so we should both be buried in our AUD books right now! LOL I have 3 weeks which I figured would be plenty seeing as how I'm on break from school and currently unemployed. That means I have NOTHING to do except sit here with my book, oh and scour the forums. I just feel like you guys are the only ones that don't get sick of hearing me talk about this exam that's TAKEN OVER MY LIFE.

Just got back from my second try on FAR

WHAT WAS THAT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I cant even decide if the testlet was harder or easier than the one before …

I clicked on 8 question every testlet to review, never got the chance to do it.

I failed FAR The first time on 68 after leaving on Sim comp. Blank and the other i did only the written com. i knew that i did ok on the MCQs , but this time, i have no clue what i did

anybody on the same boat ?

p-prince, i know you did better than you think….what review course did u use? how long did u prepared for the exam? any topics you feel that your review course did not prepare you as it should have?…..please, do not disclose parts of the exam, just describe your personal experience….

by the way, I'm studying right now, sitting on 8/23…I've been studying for 9 weeks already (work full time thought), and I seem just now to start getting the upper hand in some subjects…..the second time around wiley is helping a lot…..any advise?
