The CA's person's grade was prolly from wave 1.5 and he never checked it. I'm sure they didn't just release 1 score. Nothing in VA but they are usually slower anyway. Been waiting since July, they still have a chance to release my score under 2 months. And they really should stop torturing me, it's not my fault I got a new simulation…
I really don't know how they grade these things. I was getting low 70s on my homeworks in Becker. But I think what helped me get a high score was doing strong on the simulations. I had 3 hours for the simulations (I don't mark for review, so I have more time) so I had time to use the research tool for the essays and write nice & long essays. Plus, the other tabs of my simulations were FAR-like with journal entries and all, so I knew how to do them. I never did any practice sims in my study but I looked after my exam and didn't even see any practice simulation that looked ANYTHING like mine. I only studied for a week full-time so I guess that helped also because you have less time to forget it all. And I did MCs once and the ones that I got wrong I did the 2nd time the day before my exam. Don't waste time on the supplemental questions, I never do them. One thing that I always try to do is review ALL the chapters (the highlighted parts) the day before the exam. But I was surprised to get a 96, i think it's because they grade on comparative basis and if someone who didn't take FAR had to take the same version of the exam, they'd be screwed big time.
