bfarbowitz – no…it doesn't matter how many exams you have completed or taken…it will work whether it is your first exam or last exam.

The loophole will only work once the AICPA has released scores to NASBA. So if the AICPA releases scores to NASBA today for FAR…you can usually check the loophole tomorrow morning or something.

jllocke – we need the AICPA to release to NASBA first!!! =/

    AUD - 84; REG - 90; BEC - 79; FAR - 75; ALL DONE!!

When I was reading the loop-hole forum the first statment is “this loop-hole only works if you have passed 3 parts of the exam”

So the loophole will not work today if it is released by the aicpa?

They were wrong. I tried the loophole for BEC (my 3rd exam) and it let me re-register. I ended up failing with a 71.

    AUD - 84; REG - 90; BEC - 79; FAR - 75; ALL DONE!!

disregard that, I believe when the first person found the loophole they had passed all three… it has been proven to work now for all of the sections.

    BEC: 73,81(7/6/2010); AUD: 75(5/24/2010); FAR: 76(8/31/2010); REG: 77 (10/18/2010) - DONE!!!!

I think nasba will let us know on tuesday about what the aicpa released. IS that what they have been doing for this window?

pearljam – looks that way! They are talking about it on the AUD thread….I guess it is alleviating some of the calls to NASBA because we don't know they have our scores lol.

    AUD - 84; REG - 90; BEC - 79; FAR - 75; ALL DONE!!

Right now they probally have regs or far and nasba is updating the system right now. Therefor, I guess that NASBA is going to tweet tuesday

@MPoni could that just be coincidence. Have you tried it for an exam that you passed?

bfarb – A lot of other people have tried the loophole for a section that hasn't been their last one. I also tried it when I retook BEC and got a 79. I didn't check the loophole first…I checked it after I got my score online just for the hell of it to see if it still worked. It gave me the all exams are in progress or whatever, which means I passed.

    AUD - 84; REG - 90; BEC - 79; FAR - 75; ALL DONE!!
