Becker 2009. Being new to CPA exam at that time, I was told lectures are useless. Read the Becker lecture notes and worked all questions (esp chap 3 & 5 calculation questions). FAR was a whole different animal. Very dry (at least to me) to just read alone, so I went through the lectures. Realized lectures were actually quite helpful.

MPoni – I thought working like a dog at a CPA firm was tough enough, add the exam and I really have lost touch with being human! I really hope I get these things finished by year end!

CDep – I took my exam a week after you and I haven't received anything yet. I am kind of glad because I know I bombed some of my sims, hopefully the ones I bombed are the ones that don't count.

I took the FAR test in late August. Still waiting on my score, how are scores released for California candidates? Mail? Email? Online Profile with the Board?

@ CPA for the win – CA releases them to your online profile usually the morning after the AICPA releases to NASBA. It will be at the bottom of the Status Tab. Also, on the page where you log in it will say ‘Credit' for the section you took when you pass.

Does anybody know if Illinois posts scores on Saturday if the AICPA realeases the AUD scores on Friday afternoon? The AUD forum is pretty quiet and this is why I am asking the question here.

@gabitza. Yes they do. It's an automated process. I got my AUD scores at 11am on a saturday

magic 8 ball you aren't lurking alone!! I am here with you lol. I hope FAR gets released before AUD. Although I don't know how I feel knowing that the AICPA released FAR today and I have to wait till Monday night to get my score lol. I would rather them release it Monday and know Tuesday night.

CPA for the win…Jeff's prediction is that the AICPA will release FAR scores Sept 20 so NASBA won't release it to us until Tuesday night (that is assuming you are in a NASBA state)

COME ON 75!! I am also curious to know how many people took FAR in Wave 2. Over 11,000 people took BEC. That is a ton!!

I know!!! i should be studying for my AUD retake….i have began to rewrite some notes!! thats progress. a slow day here since we all know we are being laid off next week! (its about 80 of us but prayer works)

@Magic- Guess i should be studying for the audit retake too as the exam felt ok and i did not run out of time like FAR and still passed.Ahh!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wish they would put an end to our misery by releasing all scores.Feels as if the plight of waiting for results is as miserable as that of taking the exam.
