    DrSmith,

I was not able to re-register for FAR yesterday but I can today 🙁

    ChaFay,

Thanks for the encouragement. I'm 99.9% sure I failed though.

@pleaseletmepass….. mine says the exact same thing, and yesterday it was letting me re-register

@Please Let Me Pass – My message says the same exact thing. The lack of this “coordinator” reference is making me think the scores might not be in the system yet. I'm thinking it may change tomorrow morning and we'll get our scores tomorrow night. It doesn't lead me to believe that we failed though. I think if we failed we would be allowed to reregister. I'm more inclined to think it's because our scores aren't uploaded yet.

    FAR - 8/4 - 93
    AUD - 8/26/10 - 97
    REG - 10/3/10 - 93
    BEC - 11/21/10 - 82

I broke down and called NASBA about 25 minutes ago…they hadn't received my score. She said to check back in a couple of weeks and scores would be out sometime in September. Yippee – however, if there is a “mini-release” of FAR scores with REG, maybe I'll have a shot. Grrrr!

@NY.CPA.Someday I think the same thing. This is absolute torture. I can't get the loophole to load now. I'm pretty sure I failed, I need to just operate on that assumption, so no matter what I won't be let down. I let the loophole thing give me too much confidence, and just set myself up for failure. If I called NASBA and pleaded with the person on the phone do you think I would be able to get a score out of them?

    FAR: 92
    REG: 94
    BEC: 89
    AUD: 1/07/11

@ Overwhelmed – seems like we got the same answer from them. I was told the same thing.

And when I try the loophole, I am still getting the ‘in process' message withOUT reference to the state coordinator

    BEC - May 8, 2010 - 83
    FAR - July 20, 2010 - 75
    AUD - Aug 27, 2010 - 76
    REG - Nov 20, 2010 - 88 ALL DONE!!!

@CPAwannabe, have you tried both the ohio and ga loopholes? I heard ga has the loophole also

    Please Let Me Pass,

The loophole is pretty accurate. I think you passed. Even though it indicates I failed, I'd rather know now and start restudying than wait another month for Wave 2 and forget all the lovely pension mnemonics!

Dr. Smith I have tried OH and SC (my home state) and get the same thing. Damn box.

@Study4CPA – Yep, sounds like it. My OASIS still says “NTS attended, scores not received” and my loophole says “iin process.” This is my last exam and I've never been bumped to Wave 2, but I had that feeling awhile back because of my funky simulations.

I have a questions about these “new” simulations. Are they like some of the MC's that are on your exam, but not actually graded? I know some of the MC's are “test” MC's and don't count towards your score. Is this the same scenario with the new sims?

@LSU: FAR is my last one. Started Oct 2009 (right after tax extensions were up), tested late Nov, received a wonderful Christmas gift…….passing score for BEC. Took off Thanksgiving – end of year, started studying REG, tested Feb 12. Started tax seasons hours Feb 15 – Apr 15. Started studying for AUD Apr 19, tested May 27. Then started FAR on June 5, tested July 31. I only pushed it out so far because I was scheduled for jury duty on July 19 and was told not to schedule anything for two weeks in case I got picked. Go figure, it got called off but I wasn't paying to reschedule at that point. So, it has been 10 months of non-stop work! I have been out of college 10 years this past May and decided it was way past time to take the exam. I actually tried it years back when it was paper and pencil!! There was actually a day after this last exam that my kids wanted to go to water park and they said, “mom, you're staying home cause you have to study, right?” I was so glad to tell them, no!!!

@cpawannabe, what state are you from? So you can register for your part and you were told they received your score?

@ChaFay – That's what I was sooooo excited about. The prospect of having NO studying to when I get home Friday. Hopefully, that will still prove to be a reality. Good luck to you!

    AUD 95 (3/5/10); BEC 83 (5/28/10); FAR 71, 72, 74, 82 (10/16/10); REG 65,80(11/23/10)
    ALL DONE 🙂

This whole loophole crap is so frustrating. I have AUD tomorrow and I can't even focus.

    FAR - 8/4 - 93
    AUD - 8/26/10 - 97
    REG - 10/3/10 - 93
    BEC - 11/21/10 - 82

I'm in SC. NASBA does have my score and I can register for it.

I have AUD in 5 days and the last two days have been worthless study days.
