I've been scouring through some previous score release threads. About the way the loophole is working currently:
– First, your score needs to be received by NASBA. Check Oasis or call them to see if they have it.
– 2nd, if you are a NASBA state and try to re-register (through Ohio or Ga) and receive an “in-process message” with a mention of a “coordinator”, you have passed.
Previously, It actually use to say “you cannot re-register b/c you have passed all 4 parts” and then refers to a coordinator. It appears they eliminated the “passed all 4 parts” line to attempt to ward off uses from using the loophole. I believe they attempted to “close” the loophole as some have said.
Again, I searched through some previous threads and was able to find several examples from the last window where these circumstances align. I'm not going to speak to the greyed out boxes b/c that method appears to be somewhat inconsistent and usually indicates you have other exam to sill take.
