Also, my score from the prior testing period is still available, which is weird, considering they aren't supposed to be. Test taken in April is still available online…
btw did anyone notice that NASBA runs on Lotus Notes, there site and backend DBs are Notes based (domino servers). The amount they charge us for exams and all….I can't believe they aren't hosting the site with a decent SQL server backend or if they have to go with IBM at least get DB2. Come on….domino is not meant for this, dominos is only good as the name for a pizza chain. But I guess its just the result night when you really feel the need for something better, otherwise it does the job for them. I don't want to give them excuses to jack up exam fee eiher.
@Florida_Candidate…..yeah its bad and not that bad at the same time….lets say if your bank was using dominos server and lotus notes based platform for online banking, you would have to wait the same amount of time to pay your bills and look at your account online as you do waiting for your cpa scores…..and the bank would go under no doubt.
lol Florida IS a NASBA state… what i meant was “is it bad that i have no idea what anything you typed meant”.. SQL… Lotus??? Foreign language?? BEC is gonna suck isn't it…
No you will be fine on BEC, its just me. Think of it this way, I am a compsci major doing CPA and REG was hell for me. BEC is still very general stuff and IT is only 22-28% of it, rest is alll general business subjects, econ, cost and mgmnt account, strat, etc.
Sounds wonderfulllllllll lol. BEC is the next section for me! 😀 I'm gonna start studying tomorrow since I found out I passed FAR! That was the deciding factor. If I passed, on to BEC, if I failed, I had to open that forsaken FAR book again!
Still have “Error: score not found”. I really would like my score but there were a few tabs in the sims that I had literally no idea on. Maybe I will get lucky and those are being thrown our because they are for next year! Wave 2 isn't looking so bad. Seems like everyone who got scores so far passed with high scores though. I'm guessing we will start seeing some lower scores and fails soon. Crossing my fingers!
