I shooting for the end of August, haven't registered though. This will be my first go at the CPA and it's looking to be a loooong ride

What is it that's hard to you about present values? Choosing the right factors?

Yes, that and I don't really know how to analyze a question after I read it. Not sure what I should look for first when solving a present value of annuity, future value of this, that , etc.

I'd just do a lot of MCQs. After a while you'll get a feel for them and be able to do any question.

Scheduled FAR for August 5th so I need to get back to studying. I finished doing my notes so I just need to study and do as many mcqs as possible. Tonight I plan to read through my notes and do a 20 question practice session.

I'm going to do book mcqs only for a handful of chapters.

I just hope my nerves don't get the best of me like last time. I should feel more relaxed being I have sat through the horrible 4 hours before and know the process.

Can anyone tell me why interest on the capital balance of a partnership capital account reduces the capital account when you are calculating the profit/loss? I don't get that at all

In midst of review, did F2 and F3 this weekend. On some sections, I scored the exact same score as my first round thru. feeling like I am never going to get through this.

Hey good luck to those taking the test tomorrow thru this week. I weenied out and rescheduled for an event my husband wanted to attend only to find out he decided not to go and the reason is to allow me to study for my test…..hahahaha

What an opportunist…..lol wait,,, is that question on the test??????

Anyway, good luck brave ninja's please update in the far experience.

now I am studying for two parts, reg as well as far. 7/29 and 8/14. I can do it, and I will. I don't have much more to study for far. I am going to drill, drill, drill, mcq's. getting a feel for reg and then mcq's till test time. Time is out so not more rescheduling.
