    So here is my situation:

I have been studying for FAR and am scheduled to take it next Friday (July 11). I do NOT feel ready at all. I still have 2 chapters left in Becker and I need to work on JE's, among other things. I need to pass FAR and REG by November 30, or I lose AUD. I am scheduled to take REG on August 30. Do I push FAR back? I am going to work training July 12-16, so I am trying to determine when, if I reschedule, I should take it where I still leave myself enough time to study for REG.

AGHH. I just want to be done 🙁 Any advice is welcome!!!

How is everyone coming…..I hate lulls because it destroys my momentum. After my husband's birthday Sunday, it's been so hard to recoup. and he's asking me am I ready for this test…….So I am feeling ho hum. But I got to get it goin Far won't wait for the insecure, double-minded. Maybe I'll start with notes and work up to mcq's tonight.

    It begins with a 75
Been here too long as a cheerleader....ready to pass

As most of you know. I am up tomorrow. I am losing steam this evening because I have studied over 30 hours in the past 3 days. I am really ready for the test to be over. I have been looking at this material way too long. I am trying to get through some more flash cards. I feel what I know to this point is going to be what I know tomorrow on the exam. Thank goodness it is a long weekend.

Hi all. I just took REG yesterday and I have FAR scheduled for 8/25. I'm thinking of ditching the books and using 10 point combo and Wiley test bank as my main study materials. I read the Wiley book for REG and I think I learned better from the MCQs, notes, blitz videos and audio than from the book. Plus it takes me soo long to read the book. Thoughts? Past experience with this plan?

    REG - 86
    FAR - 74,
    BEC - 72,
    AUD -73,

what do you guys' think about the videos from becker? I have just started using them and while they do highlight great points and provide mnemonics, do you think it is efficient for learning?

@jennibfox, I had to retake FAR so many time because of the amount of material. Also, my nerves always get the best of me. This time I got enough sleep the night before, worked out to release stress that morning and then went to breakfast. I kept telling myself “Mind over matter”

I took my FINAL FAR exam yesterday and I must say.. I wasn't bad. I spent 40 mins on each multiple choice testlet and I had 2 hours for simulation questions.

    Huge topics on my exam:

    Not-for-profit

    EPS

Statement of cash flows (direct and indirect)

    Governmental

    Journal entries

Inventory measurement (lower cost vs. market/ NRV)

    Cash converted to accrual method

    Becker: NUCAR

    FAR:68,71,70,72 (Rematch 7/2/14)
    AUD:88
    REG:76
    BEC:75

@JMOR Instead of using Wiley Testbank (unless you already have it) I would use NINJA Mcq. I like the format much better and it is so cheap. I would still get it even if you already purchased Wiley. I purchased Wiley complete 3 weeks before NINJA was released and I still bought NINJA for Reg and FAR. I would highly recommmend it.

As for a study plan, I have ditched the videos from CPAexcel as I learn best by making a mistake in a question in learning from it. Jeff's 10 point combo works well for a learner of my style. I am taking FAR Aug 9th.

    FAR: 63, 55, 62
    REG: 65, 77*
    AUD: Fail, 64, 71
    BEC: 72, 74, 81

@golfball, I do have Wiley already, it came with the ten point combo when I got it. I have considered using the Ninja MCQ also. Thanks for the feedback.

I listen to the audio religiously, every time I am in my car I hear Jeff's voice. I am planning on using the blitz videos a lot more for FAR. Thanks for the coupon code! So do you feel like you are learning enough of the material by not using your videos?

    REG - 86
    FAR - 74,
    BEC - 72,
    AUD -73,
