1st full week of studying for my retake. I jumped right into Ninja MCQ, and about half way done. My average score is 78-the topics I am weak on are no surpise. I started to re-write my own notes today, but that was so de-motivating, I didn’t get very far. Tomorrow I need to re-write my notes (they are disjointed from my first test, I want to re-write them by topic in a new notebook). I really need to re-read my Becker book on acquisitions, equity method, and non-monetary exchanges so far. My plan is to get through the rest of the Ninja MCQ by end of next week, and re-write the rest of my notes. I then plan on printing out Ninja notes (didn’t utilize last time) and then jump into SIMS, while re-doing the missed MCQ in Ninja and continue re-reading the book. How are others approaching their re-take?

@msquared17 I have Far set for 4/23. That's all is open save a few more days in the month. I don't plan on being stuck on Far forever. I just get stuck starting over. But it has to be done, but I'll get there (75!) I'm using ninja. I can't afford another program and pay for the rest of the tests. So I'll make it work. Yes, I am yet open for suggestion 🙁

I just finished my last chapter for FAR!!! I'm feeling very accomplished today. I will spend the rest of the day reviewing Govt (F9 and F10) and rewriting notes. Tomorrow officially starts the “final review” phase. I'm so ready to get through this over with. I'm starting to second guess my review plan. I want to make sure I get the most out of these next two weeks. I don't have time to waste trying to figure out the “perfect” plan. I'm just going to go for it and do as many mcq's and sims as I can and make sure I really understand the topics. Time is of the essence. I hope everyone else is still trucking along.

Congrats Big4BeanCounter!!!. I am using ninja only, I am trying to make myself interested with this book. Will the Blue Prints have me all over the place? Can I find what I need to follow blue prints in the book?

1st attempt at any exam at a 70, bleeehhh! Ran out of time and only had 30 minutes for my last 3 SIMS. Learned a lesson!
