Ohio loophole does work. NY here. FAR is my last test. When I logged into Ohio loophole, just before it was announced that the scores were released to NASBA, the system allowed me to register for FAR. Logging into the system, after scores were released, still allowed me to register for FAR, but all the sections I passed (BEC, REG, AUD) were grayed out. I also think that the loophole works not only for the last exam section, but in all cases.

I do not know if I should be disappointed with 74 or not. I did not study enough – I spent about 4 weeks, and did devote much time to non-profits and governmental. But I think I am still disappointed…

Any suggestions for anyone on how to study for FAR?

For the loophole: try to Re-Register for the exam in Ohio, Georgie, Nebraska, or Missouri (I think those are the four states…I'm definitely sure about the first two). It will ask if you know your jurisdiction, say no. It will ask you if you have an SSID, say yes, then enter your SSID and your exam code. If you passed, you get an error message saying that you can't re-register b/c you've passed all the parts (I think it only works for your last section but am not sure on this). If you get sent to a payment screen, you've failed…stop and go re-register in your own state.
