    Got a 73 on FAR on the second try (1st time 71)

    I did everything Becker had to offer (flashcards, all MC, lectures, Final Review). Is getting Yeager as well going to help?

    I plan to schedule the next one end of May

    conniepeng…DO NOT GIVE UP!!! I'm in TX, so I have not received my score yet, but this was my 4th time to take FAR. It's my last test that I need and, if I don't pass, I lose AUD. I completely understand how you're feeling, but think of how far you've come and don't let all your work and time be wasted! YOU CAN DO IT!

    I used Becker the first 2 times, then a combo of Becker and Gleim and was ball parking a 98% avg. and a 92% avg. on them respectively. However, I failed 3 times…this last time I switched to Yaeger and I cannot say enough good things about it. I felt much more prepared going in than I have before because they really “teach” and they go into the nitty-gritty behind how and why you do things. Also, the Wiley book that they use comes w/ a great set of over 1200 mult. choice questions that I found to be very comprehensive! Needless to say, I don't have my score yet, so I can't tell you I passed (hopefully I can tomorrow), but I would seriously consider switching! Dr. Yaeger personally spoke to me for an hour the day before Christmas, when I found out I'd failed the 3rd time, and he was wonderful! I hesitated on spending even more money, but my husband said that the extra $350 or so would be worth it if that was what I needed to just be done with this.

    I completely know how it feels going into a test and feeling that you are more prepared than you ever could be and knowing that you were, and then seeing (here in TX) bold lettering that says “Eligible To Take This Section.” It's the worst thing ever! I'm not a bad test taker, so this has been extremely unnerving, because you feel like, no matter what you do, you can't be certain that it will be enough for the particular test you're given.

    Keep going!!!! It will be worth it!!!!

    I am waiting patiently (not really) in NJ. I tried the OH loophole and got the message that I passed all parts so I am feeling pretty good, but still won't believe it until I see it.

    I've seen people talking about how NASBA will release the scores at 9pm tonight. First, what time-zone is that? Second, is this time pulled out of thin air, or is it based on some inside information?

    @NJCPA2B: only about 5000 FAR scores were released to Nasba by AICPA. This could mean they still have yet to receive your score. its possible your score will be released along with another section this week. but there are no guarantees with the loophole, so this is just my assumption. The loophole has said for me that i have passed all 4 parts. so hopefully it is right, will see tonite.

    does the loophole works even if the scores are not released…means it doesn't allow you to register

    Waiting in MA…

    I'm guessing if its not 9ish tonight then its tomorrow night, I have my money on tomorrow night ( I know none of us want to hear that but its gotta be said), but in wave one AICPA released on a Wed and by Fri night at 10pm there was still no score. I decided to check one more time before going to bed around midnight that night and it was there, so theres just no telling. There is no consistency here so all we can do is speculate

    MASS - BEC 79, AUD 75, REG 80, FAR 71 FEB'10, FAR 71 JUN'10, FAR NOV'10 77 and I'm spent...

    Does anyone know which is the best NASBA or Non-NASB “loophole” state to check to see if you passed or not?

    BEC=77, FAR=78, REG=73,74,80, AUD=70,69, 84 DONE!
