The loophole does not work for any state that does not use NASBA to report its scores. OK is not a “NASBA state” so the loophole would not work for someone who is sitting for OK.

you can't do anything through the NASBA site for OK, so I tried GA, OH, and MO loopholes and they all let me reapply. I was worried, but glad to find out it wasn't accurate for me.

jackson, it doesn't work for all NASBA states either. From what I've seen the loophole does not give false positives but can give plenty of false negatives, depending on the state. Best to not worry about it and wait until tonight.

What happens if you reapply and then end up passing? You're not obligated to pay the coupon, right?

VA website was down for a bit, but it is now back up. Passed FAR with a 90! Thanks to Jeff for recommending Yaeger from the beginning. I have used Yaeger Homestudy for REG, BEC, and FAR to date and have passed each one. Just AUD to go!

is VA a NASBA state. Also, anyone in here (NASBA state), waiting on a FAR score for which the score is greyed out (loophole)? Ive onlyl heard from pple that according to the loop failed.

The “loophole” only works for candidates that are expecting their final passing score – if not it will not work. You fail or if you still have sections you have to pass, forget the loophole. If it even works, there still seems to be some uncertainty regarding the “accuracy” and the ethics involved based on what I have read in here so far.
