I'm sorry to hear that CantTakeIt : (

Please don't give up, keep study and you will pass next time. I took 4 times Aud and failed 3 times (73, 73,71). Finally pass with a 84.

I'm in Oklahoma and when I try the loophole it makes me fill out a new application. OK is an independent state. So does the loophole not work or has anyone else had this experience? It's my last exam!

Ohio loophole ”seems” to have worked for me. I am in Louisiana, waiting on my FAR score, and I got the “you have passed all 4 parts” message. Note that I was getting a different message two days ago before they released it saying “still in process.”

Here's hoping!! At least I will be more relaxed at our crawfish boil!

    REG - 07/09 - 82 -------- FAR - 10/09 - 73 ... 2/26/10 - 81
    BEC - 08/09 - 81 -------- AUD - 11/09 - 85

I'm thinking that, for those of us in independent states, the loophole won't work. When I went in to NASBA under TX and clicked on the score area and input my section ID and my birthday, it always says “Error: Score Not Found.” I took FAR 2/16, so I think that we can't count on the loophole. Also, I have a friend in CO who went in and tried the loophole and it let him re-register for FAR (his last section) and for REG (which he already passed months ago), so don't get too worked up if the loophole doesn't work for you! CantTakeIt – I feel for you! This was my 4th time taking FAR and I'm a nervous wreck waiting…since NASBA released Friday, TX usually takes 2 days to release our scores…so I'm probably looking at Tuesday. If I didn't pass, I will have to retake FAR and AUD before May, or I will also loose REG. I completely know what it feels like to log in and see that horrid score! Keep your chin up and realize that you've come this far! We can do it!

Hey guys, I'm new here and have been reading all of this talk about the ‘Ohio Loophole” I've done a search for it and can't find how to do it. Can someone explain me the steps, I took FAR in Illinois (a NASBA state) and am anxious like everyone else on the forum. Any help with some detailed steps as to how I can use this loophole to see if I passed? Thanks in advance guys! One way or another, we'll all be CPAs soon!

Alright folks just got my score… 81. I'm in CA. Yesterday I called my mom and asked her to check my score because I was nowhere near a computer since I was so frustrated with the score release process. I didn't exactly realize that I had now shown her how to check for my score… constantly. I got about 3 missed calls from her at 8AM on a saturday wondering which one of my friends was stuck in jail. Turns out it was my mom who couldn't resist calling me to congratulate me. BTW I was one of the people who got those crazy simulations (we discussed it in another FAR thread called “crazy FAR simulation” so keep the faith.

Thanks wheresmyscore! OK just tried the Ohio loophole (pain in the butt to come up with 4 references informaiton)… in any case, it tried to ask me for my credit information and I stopped… hope that's not an indication that I have failed my final exam (FAR). Though from what I read, I'm not sure this works for Illinois candidates. *keeping fingers crossed*
