Hopefully my non-NASBA state releases them tonight. I did a double take when he said FAR was released and then as it sunk in, so did my stomach sink to the floor with nerves! Hoping this is the last score I have to check!!

brla: Are you from Louisiana (just a guesss..BR LA = Baton Rouge LA)? If not, how do you know that the loophole does not work for your state? Just curious.

I tried the loophole as well and got the same result, this is my last section of this NTS so Im not sure if that would be the case. Hopefully it means that we dont have to take this section again!

hooha – Yes, Baton Rouge. I had to call to register for all 4 parts now. The 1st time since it was easier to just call & the last 3 since I get an Attention & message that my information could not be found. I called to ask & they had no explanation. I did try through Ohio after reading your post & got the same message you had, so hopefully I can try it through there.

He said the AICPA released it. But in the #5 update is said released TO nasba. So I was wondering if they meant to non-nasba states too. I'm just going to go ahead and assume it does.

I just tried the OH loophole and got nowhere. I passed the other 3 sections and I was hoping the OH loophole would work but it just gave an error message more or less stating “all sections of the exam are still in process” etc.

Maybe its too early to try? I'm in NY btw.

Anyone else have different results?
