Does the loophole only work for people who have completed all four parts? I tried to re-register and the only section it would let me click on to register for is REG. I have passed BEC and AUD and I am waiting for my FAR score.

Usually it is, but due to the bad weather, they opened up some dates the beginning of March. I moved mine to March 5th 🙂

USIGUY1981 – It normally is, however as CantTakeIt pointed out… there was an exception this year… at a price ($100), you can move your test back through March 8th (if Prometric spots allow). Sorry for the earlier misinformation… I pushed mine back 6 days.
