    @letspass

I can't get non-monetary exchanges no matter how much I read that section or practice the questions. As far as governmental I think knowing the diferent classifications and sub-categories is key (i.e modified accrual and currrent economic focus for governmental funds and knowing each type of fund). They could ask anything from doing a reconciliation from governmental F/S to government wide financial statements or entries….with the CPA…anything can be tested so you just have to try and learn everything.

When you are reviewing the mutiple choice question you got wrong…it is important to read ALL the answer choices so you can understand why your answer was wrong and how they came up with the correct answer.

If the AICPA pushed the testing window back into March, do you think they'd include more scores in wave 1 or do you think they kept the same cut off? Do you think wave 2 scores will be extra late since testing goes into March?

    Rski,

I think Wave 2 scores will be late. Wave 1 still isn't completely out and it is the last week of February. NASBA says the scores will not be delayed, but I have little faith in what they say anymore.

Jeff/Anybody: have you ever seen AICPA release two sections in one day? Probly seems crazy now since they're not even releasing sequentially on consecutive days this time, but just curious…

32 HOURS AND I AM IN CRISIS MODE!!!

I completely forgot Wiley Chapter 16- Business Combos and am in trouble with 10 and portions of 13-Shareholders Equity….

There's just wayy too much materials, that i'm just blowing off portions of Chapter 18 and a good chunk of the miscellaneous extraneous stuff… Does anyone think thats a good idea???

I'm doing the Yaeger CPA Review:

My Main Focus is on and my strenghts are on: 7A-D, 8, 9, 11BDE, 19, 20

I'm confident on:12,15,17 (The derivative chapter wasn't too bad)

    Somewhat Confident on:13, 14

    At a loss on: 16 …

    Good Luck to Everyone Testing!!!

Hi all – It is my understanding that the exam is being offered in March. I have to sit for FAR in this window (which was originally Jan-Feb) and pass, as I lose REG 3/31. If I were to move my FAR exam back until say March 4th, will I still retain credit for REG if I sit for the exam March 4th and successfully pass? Your prompt response is greatly appreciated, as I'm scheduled to take it this Thursday and would love another week.

    Thanks!

March is a closed testing month, meaning you can't sit for any exams in the last month of every quarter (March, June, September, December).

    ? AUD - 87 (8/12/09)
    ? REG - 77 (1/15/10
    ? BEC - 77 (1/6/09 - Expired) / 79 (11/18/10)
    ? FAR - 75 (2/11/11)
