Probably looking at Thursday for a NASBA release. BEC still isn't out on NASBA, the AICPA hasn't released another one yet and they won't do anything over the weekend.

Wouldn't it be a scream if FAR were next though?

CPAWannaBe – I sure hope FAR is next. We can dream, can't we????? I took REG in the 4th qtr last year, and I think it was the LAST one out. So maybe there is still hope for us!!! 🙂 Either way, I think we'll all be drinking next weekend – celebrating or drowning our sorrows. 🙂

I wish I had the restraint not to know my score. I must have OCD because I can't stop thinking about it. You are probably one of those people who wait to know the sex of your baby when they are born. I envy folks like you!

The drinking begins at 5:30 tonight as I stalk the BEC forum to see if they get their scores and see if the AICPA gets off their A$$ and releases another section.

Yeah, I'm praying for a Wave 1 release. I tried not to get my hopes up, but that didn't work. I hope that if I pass, I'm in wave 1. If I failed, I don't want to know until Wave 2. I want to enjoy a few more weeks of not studying.

Any recommendations for studying Consolidations? I've watched the lecture and read the section but it's just not clicking when it comes to the questions. This is the only section so far that has really gotten to me haha and it seems like it should be easy.

OR should I not really worry about this area because it seems small.

I got thru BEC with an 83!!! (I referred Wiley)

I am preparing for FAR (refering Wiley again). I would like to know, if the Wiley Test Bank CD's are helpful? Do they have additional MCQ and simulation in addition to those found in the Wiley Book.

All this waiting is killing me. I know that I need to be patient (and perhaps it is a blessing not to know so my mind can be clear when I take the audit exam on Tuesday) but it is hard to wait.

Washington just switched from Castle to NASBA this year. I've heard that some people have received emails from NASB with their score before it actually posted to their site. Can anyone confirm that for me?

I'd assume Washington is like any other state, so no. They don't even email you when your score is posted. When people on here say they have their score you have to check NASBA and continuously hit refresh every half minute like the rest of us until you don't receive the error message…haha….but maybe it is different in other states. I live in Michigan, the unemployment state (formerly known as the great lakes state) kudos to you though for scheduling audit around the time of score releases, I wouldn't be able to concentrate on studying right now. I'm taking audit next too, but I'm not opening my book until I get my FAR score

I heard that at least one NASBA state (can't remember which one) does email you the score. How come the rest of us can't choose that option?

@zena Maybe the States don't have anyone in the office that can do that. I have found that my Accounting Board is not necessary just for accounting…Just a thought though could be way off
