LOOPHOLE works like this:  If a person failed his or her exam they will be able to re-register for that exam once AICPA release the scores to NASBA and NASBA has entered the score into its website, but not released the scores to the person. However, from what I've seen, it does not work for every state.  (I think its not working for NY and I think only NASBA States). It's harder to tell if you've passed the exam.  for example.  I've passed two parts, have a NTS for REG(TOMORROW AH!!) and am currently waiting on my AUD score.  I've gotten the same error (sorry all parts are in process) message for the the past week, NASBA said they have my score. so either I've passed or NASBA are lying and they don't have my score. Its different if you've passed three parts and are just waiting on your last part.  If you've failed the last part, it should let you re-register.  If you've passed the last part, it will give you an error message saying something like ‘all parts are passed'. This is what I've gathered from reading the forums.  Hope it helps

Wave 1b being “borderline” is just a rumor.

Wave 2b usually means borderline, but you will only see a handful them…not like an extra thousand released and it's usually 3-5 days after the mass section release.

I've heard that only one of the 2 simulations is scored on each exam.  Is that true?  If so, do you know how they pick which one?

Only one written communication is graded, but who knows with all the mystery surrounding this entire inefficient process.

Hi

Just curious to know, how the Loophole system works

I am registered from Nasba state, but don't have SIN# (live in

canada), still I can use loophole system,

I am trying to re-register thru CO state, I have passed 3 sections, and it allows me to select all sections, it is strange. Did I have to go upto credit card payment window or before only I can see the grayed out box for passed sections ? I don't know, whether my approach is correct in this process, appreciate if some one correct me

I think there's some miscommunication in the last three posts… all are saying the same thing, but just to be clear…. Both simulations are graded; however only one of the communication tabs (written portions) are graded.
