Guys I am going to give my FAR exam next week and very poor in JE. Is becker enough or I have to practice more. I thought they will not ask JE but I am really tensed now after reading the posts. Is FAR very tough this time. Can anyone knows website were I can get practice of this JE

I have trouble with LIFO layer problems. Can somebody recommend something. I have Becker main course and final review but doesn't add to understanding. Maybe I can review a specific problem that could help me with the layer stuff…

Becker has a very good examples in Homework notes. That really helped me to understand the concept.

I am on that subject now as well. The homework reading at the end of the chapter helps clarify things, but it also goes into way more depth, much more depth than the scope of the exam. If you can understand the multiple choice homework questions and answers, you should be fine. I haven't done the supplemental questions yet but that should help to reinforce it.

LIFO layering is just one of those things you need to write out the whole solution to get your answer. It's not like you can look at the answers and figure it out from the choices.

how do u handle a bad score? i never want to get one…………i can no longer recollect ever receiving a bad score. so i dont know how i will handle a fail……its scary and embarassing as other people are also waiting along to see my score and have been calling. to check…

IT SUCKS!! haha just don't say the score. Just say you were close but no cigar. Or that it didn't work out this time so you'll have to invest more time into studying next time. No one needs to know your exact score unless you want to share it. My co-workers will share their scores with me but if mine is less, I just make sure to say well mine wasn't as high as your's.

I would have to agree with you. I have atleast 50 people waitin on my scores. There are from all over the planet Belgium, France, Italy, India, and UK. It seems like as if they bet on my passing or failing. Pisses me off!
