Nope – score reviews are a waste of major time and money…I looked into it when I scored a 74-74 on REG…trust me…it's not worth it. You will get your next exam score back before you get your review back that says that you still failed.

For all those who need the 1 year of experience….

A friend and I taught undergraduate accounting courses while getting our masters in accounting. My friend finished the CPA exam before me and was able to attain his license earlier than expected because his time teaching (under the direction of CPA professors) counted towards his 1 year of experience. He has only worked for a few months, but the addition of 2 semesters of teaching was acceptable by the Missouri state board to grant him his license..

    AUD 93 (1/12); DAUGHTER (BORN 1/27); FAR 79 (2/27); REG 85 (5/26); BEC 80 (7/1)

Just got home from the longest work day (of course the day of release I would be assigned out of town!) but I kept sneaking a check on here from my blackberry to see how everyone was doing! FINALLY checked my score 10 minutes ago since the BB's don't allow you to access 🙂

Wanted to say congratulations to EVERYONE regardless of pass or fail.. the fact that we have gotten this an accomplishment! All the positive words that are written here really make a difference so thank you for that!

    Reg: 83
    Far: 84

I lost credit for REG and BEC, but I am so happy. I finally passed FAR with a 79!!!!! I have been trying to pass FAR & AUD for the last 3 years. I got a 74 on FAR last window and I finally got it. This is the second time that I have lost the credit for REG and BEC, but I seriously don't really care. I finally got one of the two that has been denying me for the last three years. It feels amazing. AUD, you had better watch out because I am coming and I won't stop until you are mine!!!

    Most recent scores
    BEC-80, FAR-79
    REG-73 - 2/19/2011
    AUD-74 - April 2011

Congrats to all who passed! Those who didn't – next time will be better!

This place is great — for the last week I have not been as dedicated as I should be. You have inspired me – Thanks

    I am proud of everyone!

    First post –

I took the exam on April 13 – just received a 71. In the interium I lost BEC, Becker expired and right now I've lost hope. To those that passed – Congratulations. You deserve it. I'm trying to decide whether to go forward. BEC and AUD are passed. I feel like it is so unfair that I had to wait 2.5 months to find out if I passed this crazy exam and now I'm down to two windows before the 2011 beast starts. Crying in my beer does not touch what I'm feeling right now.

You are too close to give up. Can you retake FAR by Aug? Then you could take Reg & Bec in the Fall. A 71 is only a question or two from passing. You have worked too hard and it would be a waste to walk away now. Beat the Beast!

I know you can do this!

    Thanks Jeff,

This site was a grreat help throughout this insane journey. For those still writing good luck and I highly recommend trying Yaeger, the lecturers were awesome and the materials were all very helpful.

cpawannabe – don't you dare give up. I first tried to pass the exam 15 years ago and failed miserably! I am now on the verge of crossing the finish line. If you knew my circumstances you most certainly would feel that if makeithappen can pass, anyone can!

I can not believe that I passed FAR!! Congrats to all that passed, and a special congrats to those that have finished!

First to Jeff – Thank you for making this yet another bearable leg of the journey! This site is my escape and relief knowing that others have the same thoughts and despairs that I do…

Secondly to those who are still plugging… keep at it! DO NOT GIVE UP! Wether you use Yaeger, Gleim, Bisk or Becker – it all boils down to your commitment and dedication that you devote to the studying. (QUALITY study time, not just the # of hours!!)

Enough of my philosophy… back to the books to retake the AUDIT BEAST!

    REG – 79, BEC – 79, FAR – 77, AUD – oops 🙂 trying again

Passed with 83! Completely done! I felt horrible about the multiple choice and had no time for simulations. There is always hope for passing!
