It seems that those who have been able to get the “All passed” message were in:

    MO

    OH

    GA

    IN

If I've missed a state, let me know.

If you're not in one of those states, don't worry about being able to register for FAR. It means nothing in the other states. And as far as we know, it may mean nothing in these states as well…

    Testing in TN (NASBA State)
    REG 74, 77; FAR 77; BEC 73, 73, 73, 80; AUD 40,78
    And I'm out...

Well my NTS is still active and it let me signup for it again. I'm in NY

I'm not putting any faith in the loophole just yet, but I also think those posting about their ability to schedule an exam they have already passed are not really providing any evidence against its accuracy. I would think it possible to schedule an exam you have already passed if you wanted to extend your 18 month window; I'm not sure that the system would necessarily preclude that. If the loophole does exist, it obviously provides utility only to those who are awaiting their last exam score (and even then, possibly only in certain states).

FAR is my last part and I was able make it to the credit card entry page.

This is for NJ and my NTS has not expired… I will update with my results when I get them!

I can only hope this doesn't mean anything!

I am registered for CO. I passed all of the other parts and I am still allowed to register for all of them and pay for all of them.

I am really scared this means I failed FAR.

Does everyone else in CO get the same thing? Or has anyone gotten the message that you can't register anymore because you passed?

    Almost There,

See my post from ten minutes ago: only people from OH, MO, GA and IN have been able to get the message. If you're from another state other than these four, don't worry about being able to register. No one from another state has been able to get that message.

    Testing in TN (NASBA State)
    REG 74, 77; FAR 77; BEC 73, 73, 73, 80; AUD 40,78
    And I'm out...
