    Hi guys, I took BEC exam in December without studying because I wanted to get an extra chance to take the exam before April, 2017. Unfortunately, I passed (80s).
    That December surprise made me overconfident, then I scheduled all 3 remaining parts in one test window. I took FAR 2 weeks ago with only studying ch8 & ch9. When I walked out of exam room, I knew I’m doomed. I left 4 simulations totally blank since I only left 25 mins for simulations. My 2nd testlet was a BEAST, and it took me long time to finish. About 80% of questions on it were computation questions.
    1. I’m still waiting for the exam score. Is there still a chance for me to pass that exam with 4 blank simulations?
    2. Also, my AUD exam is on next Monday (80 hours from now).I haven’t studied anything for AUD yet due to my severe procrastination. Which chapter should I focus on now?

    Hi Dylan,

    I just read your post and you sort of gave me hope haha. I was wondering how you studied for Audit? Did you use any books? 74 is still a great grade considering you only had a few days to study.. Congrats on your BEC and FAR scores!

    I'm bringing this back because I have a confession to make. If you look at the FAR study thread, after I took my exam I said that I only had 45 min for the sims. I did, but what I didn't mention was that in my state of panic I half answered 4 questions and left 3 blank or added zeros depending on the requirements. And here I am with a passing score.

    So now I truly believe that OP wasn't lying and the scoring for this exam is absolutely ridiculous…

    Edit/ also my exam was medium, hard, ridiculously easy. And by ridiculously easy the questions were like the easiest concepts ever asked in one small sentence. Like it literally took me 25 minutes for the last testlet, which is crazy since the other testlets took me so long to finish.

    @Nathalia congratulations ! I believed OP as he posted the Score picture with fork ,that was humble.I believed him for BEC but had doubt about FAR because he said he left 4 SIMS blank but now you confirm it's possible.I am feeling good to appear on 10th.

    @soul24rage

    I read outlines in Becker which about 6-10 pages for each chapters, it took me about 30 mins – 1 hr for each chapters. After that, I drew graphs that I mentioned in this thread. Whenever I felt confused or interesting, I researched details from websites and filled them into graphs.

    @Nathalia

    Congrats!!!
    Wish they do the same amount of curve for REG. My 2nd testlet on REG was so hard, and I left 2 sims blank this time.

    Lot of Love! NASBA website is down now. I will post my score with a silver fork later.

    After failed Auditing, I did study REG from chapter 1 to 5 by watching Becker videos. Luckily, I had some individual tax experience from VITA, and corporate tax experience through internship with an accounting firm. Those experience helps a lot. My suggestion is that try to do some practices with tax returns (especially for the individual one) because the SIMs are more like the real life case with combination of different situations.

    @Christina

    Below is my study schedule:
    Chapter 1: 1 day
    Chapter 2: 1 day
    Chapter 3: 1.5 days
    Chapter 4: 1.5 days
    Chapter 5: 1 day

    I heard Business Law is not very important, so I skipped chapter 6,7 and 8.
    I have to say that REG is totally different with other exams in terms of depth and details. On the 4th day, my brain couldn't work well and started feeling “pulse” all the time. I never had this kind of feeling before. It was definitely a sign that I abused my brain too much. So I slept about 16 hours a day before the exam date. Thus, I would say 5-6 hours per day, 6 days in total.

    BEC - Passed

    FAR - Passed

    AUD - Passed

    REG - Passed
