STATUS UPDATE:
We just wrapped up a status call with the application team. Essentially there are 2 reports that we discovered have coding issues, one being “Incorrect Answers” the other “Bookmarked Questions.”
We discovered this issue because of the sheer volume of users trying to access reports (the problems surfaced due to volume but had not presented during per-release testing). In order for us to fix them, we have taken them down temporarily.
In the meantime, customers can continue to take practice sessions, pop quizzes, or tests in the test banks. Their scores are still being stored on the servers, they just can’t access these 2 reports. Our developers can pull these reports for the customer but it will take 1-2 business days. We are changing the messaging on these two pages to indicate the turnaround time is not “immediate.”
IF YOU CONTINUE TO EXPERIENCE “FREEZING” OR OTHER MAJOR ISSUES please contact support so we can determine if any platform-wide issues remain. Our expectation is that no wide-spread users issues should still be present (outside of the reports mentioned above). Individual issues (due to user OS, cache, Java, local internet, Browser) always cause some users to have access problems … so it what we need to determine and ensure is that the system is stable and working for the other 99 percent.
