Trying to get some AUD studying done but the Wiley test bank online just says “error” when I try to go to the 2nd question – stuck on the first one! Anyone else having issues this morning?

Guess I will go back to rewriting the NINJA notes…..

It was working fine all day and now its having issues again?? I understand that's a lot of people are accessing the site because its the end of the test window AND the end of the year, but… HEY WILEY… don't sell the product if you can't keep up with its demand. If I hadn't received the software with my ROGER CPA Review, I definitely wouldn't have chosen it. BUT since I PAID for it, I want to be able to use it.

I'm sorry to everyone who is taking their test in the coming days. I moved mine back a week because of the restraints this has placed on my study capabilities. I hope they get this fixed for real this time.

For what it's worth – I've been selling Wiley for quite awhile and haven't seen this sort of outage before.

It doesn't have to do with “demand” from what I understand … it's a platform issue.

We understand the extreme frustration. It's not acceptable. Right now we're focused on the fixes to get access normalized and users studying. There were Sandy (i.e east coast US storm) issues early in the month that were general to the internet and those dovetailed into some platform issues (including some higher than expected demand mixed in) and one specific issue with users who purchased and then purchased again. But again, it's not acceptable to us we're committed to ensuring access stabilizes as fast as possible and remains that way.

I was able to login finally but then it crashed as I was midway through a 200 question set. I'm going to do some other studying tonight because it's too frustrating!

haven't had any issues w/ the online site at work, but using it at home is a real pain in the butt. guess i'll give the offline version a try while at home…. 3 weeks til AUD #3

Used Becker self-study materials (just this for FAR original & REG #1), WileyTestBank, NINJA notes/audio, and Roger cram course for AUD #5, REG #3 & FAR reboot. CPA!

I highly suggest anybody having issues to download the offline content. You can actually go into the download section and create a practice exam from the full test bank just like you would online. You can even select questions you haven't seen yet, etc.

You can sync your progress and your sessions will be uploaded to the online version.

Well I got online tonight and it was working – although EXTREMELY slow wanted to throw my laptop! But was able to study AUD …

Hope Wiley will get this fixed I understand about Sandy, but COME ON! There should be some sort of disaster recovery plan in place.

Can't sync up when the online test bank is down, unfortunately. Currently unable to download new questions or sync/update anything. Test on Wednesday. Really hoping this clears up soon, hopefully before COB today.

yup online still down – it's kicked me off a few times this morning or takes forever to load to next question and then has my answer already preselected – blah.

I'm able to login but it keeps locking up as I try to move from question to question (doing SIMS). I guess I just need to try to download everything. 🙁
