Trying to get some AUD studying done but the Wiley test bank online just says “error” when I try to go to the 2nd question – stuck on the first one! Anyone else having issues this morning?

Guess I will go back to rewriting the NINJA notes…..

Me and my wife both are taking the Auditing section in a couple days and really rely on the test bank. This is really quite frustrating since it is crunch time.

My wife tried calling Wiley but has been on hold for 2 and half hours. They should at least send out an email or something to let people know. I've wasted so much time trying different browsers and deleted cookies.

I downloaded the offline version and STILL cannot connect to the server. HELP!!!!

I tried to access the test bank with Chrome, Firefox, and Safari…NO luck!!!! Let's hope Wiley gets their act together and gets the site back up and running ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!

Does the offline versions runs the same ways the online does?

I had a chat session with Wiley Support a few minutes ago, they said “I do apologize for the trouble you are having with the exam. Unfortunately, we are having some issues with the CPA testbank website and our technicians are working hard to resolved this issue. At this time, we do not have a time frame on when it will be corrected but you will receive a email once the problem is resolved.” Looks like we will get an email when it's fixed…FYI…I also asked if they were going to compensate customers for issue and they said ” that is something that will and can be addressed after the issue has been resolved.” Hopefully soon…never thought I'd be begging for more m/c questions

I've been experiencing issues for the last two days. I thought my computer was problem so I updated Java, Windows, etc and cleaned/defragged. Still having issues! Most of the time it won't let me even log in. When it does, then it won't load my open assessment. And on the rare occasion that I can open the assessment, I'm only able to work on 2-3 problems and then it freezes and won't let me move on to next problem. So frustrating! I had similar issues when studying for previous exams but this time its definitely worse… especially so since its my LAST EXAM!

I have been having issues the past few days as well. I take FAR in a couple of weeks and this is beyond frustrating!! Even in offline mode it can't “connect to server” and if I do the limited practice problems included it wont transfer them even if I wanted to review them later on. Beyond frustrated with the incompetence of Wiley Test Bank People…

I was just able to download some “practice packs”. I went ahead and downloaded a bunch of questions on all the topics in case they take long fixing this ill have a ton of questions I can do. Good luck to everyone! Hopefully they will get this resolved soon!

I'm about to do just that, Rip808. This is incredibly frustrating, not to mention the pre-selection of answers (often wrong) makes tracking your weak areas impossible, since your “first” choice is inexplicably recorded as your “final” choice. Good luck, everyone.

It was working fine all day but now that I'm halfway through a test (question 62) it freezes and gives me error messages! And now I can't log back in because it's giving me the same “unexpected error” messages from yesterday!!! HOW FRUSTRATING!

4 days til FAR and this is happening? Come on! 🙁
