Becker CPA Review Mock Exam Score vs Actual CPA Exam Score

I figured since so many people ask, it’d be easier to have it all in one thread for reference. Good idea?

Calculating this by taking the average MCQ*60% and average sim*40%

To all looking for hope after not doing well on Becker Mock Exams here is my scores:

Far: Highest ME was a 70

Aud: Highest ME was a 77

Reg: Highest ME was a 72

BEC: Highest ME was a 46 (Only took 1 because of short time)

Mock Exam #1: 60% – Prior to any review, and after going through all Lectures, Skills practice, and MC
Mock Exam #2: 57% – After reviewing through F3
Actual Score: 85

I wouldn't recommend doing the Becker Mock Exams unless you want to test your mental endurance for four hours. On both mock exams it graded some of the simulations incorrectly as well. Just continuing to review is a much better use of time for me. Not to mention the lower than expected scores can be discouraging.

Posted this on another thread, but thought I'd add here too.

I just got my score for FAR and I squeaked by!!! I did 100% of the lectures, skills practice, MCQs, and SIMs for each unit, but I didn't read the chapters or anything like that. I think my saving grace for this exam was the Becker Final Review: I only did about 2/3s of the MCQs and half of the SIMs that came with that, but I think the condensed lectures pounded it into my head enough to pass.

The Becker bump is real, ya'll. Mind you, I rushed through my practice exams and didn't look anything up, but still, I was pretty worried going in. I felt so-so after the actual exam.

ME #1: 51%
ME #2: 58%
ME #3: 61%
Actual FAR score: 76

i've done 100% of becker lecture+ MCQ+Simulation +skill practise, and took note on becker book + a separate notebook.
but i had only 6 days to review so i went directly to becker final review and done Lecture+note+MCQ+Simulation non-stop until exam day
scores are:
ME1: 50%
ME2: 42%
ME3: 53%

Actual: 60

also, my audit and reg NTS will expire at Nov1. should i move on to audit,
or waste the NTS which i paid an extra $730 on to take it internationally and
retake it at end of December after detailed review?
