Becker CPA Review Mock Exam Score vs Actual CPA Exam Score

I figured since so many people ask, it’d be easier to have it all in one thread for reference. Good idea?

Calculating this by taking the average MCQ*60% and average sim*40%

Don't sweat the mocks, they're not too representative of how you will actually do.

    Becker:
FAR – Both were ~60%, but I retook and the scores wiped 🙁
    BEC – ME1 = 61%, ME2 = 71%
    AUD – ME1 = 78%, ME2 = 74%
    REG – ME1 = 67%, ME2 = 76%, ME3 = 81%

    Actual:
    FAR – 91% (6.5 weeks studied)
    BEC – 93% (3.0 weeks)
    AUD – 94% (5.0 weeks)
    REG – 95% (7.5 weeks)

For context: I graduated 5YR MAcc this spring. Comparing Becker SIMS to TBS is “apples to oranges” (trying to approximate something VERY unique), but I felt overprepared for MCQ. Thanks to this forum for CPA Exam encouragement!

My trust in these mock exams is shaken as I wasn't expecting anything below a 75. Wonder what happened to that 5-10 point allowance you get on the real thing because Becker exams are so much harder?? 🙁

I can't take the finals serious for the life of me. I scored 17 points higher for FAR and AUD and 27 points higher for REG on the actual exams..Becker finals are good practice but they kill your confidence. Just use them to identity areas you are weak and review those areas.
