In need of some tips for keeping my sanity during this process. I feel so stressed and have constant anxiety. I have always struggled with anxiety before I started taking the exams so I feel like this process has just made it worse. I exercise daily and try to have a positive outlook but I am still struggling. Anyone have some tips? I can barely fall asleep at night, and I feel like it is starting to get in the way of my concentration. Can't wait for this process to be over with….

@wolfchicken what kinda exercises you usually do? I find that if I do basketball or boxing workouts, it keeps me more engaged than just running or pushing weights, so my mind is kinda off of things for a while. Also helps me be mentally tired by the end of the day so I can sleep easier. Maybe a change in type of workouts can help? I suggest trying a sport or something where you're actively engaging your mind too (if you're not already)
